https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/15456 new-repo request was dismissed with "The PDC branch already exists". However, the dist-git repository does not exist:

$ fedpkg clone perl-Test2-Plugin-DBIProfile
Cloning into 'perl-Test2-Plugin-DBIProfile'...
No such repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
Could not execute clone: Failed to execute command.

And Bugzilla does not know the component in Fedora product.

Please create the repository, crate the Bugzilla component, and fix your script for creating new packages.

The new-repo request had an invalid upstream URL. Maybe that was the cause. I made a new submit with a correct URL https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/15477

The new request was dismissed the same way. Something else is wrong.

This should be fixed now.
