I'd like to unretire nodejs-dateformat (as it's a dependency of a dependency of one of my packages).

It seems to have been retired due to FTBFS. Looking into it, it was only FTBFS because of a unit test failure-- which seemed pretty easy to fix. I have a successful scratch build of the package here.

The package is still within the 8-week window for not requiring re-review. I'd like it to be unretired on master and F31. Thanks!

The package is now unretired and unblocked in koji.
