    Please delete the replace-pdfshuffler dist-git branch from my pdfarranger package. I wasn't aware that pushing a branch is a one way ticket.

According to the documentation this can be done by:

ssh @pkgs.fedoraproject.org
cd /srv/git/rpms/pdfarranger.git/
git branch -D replace-pdfshuffler

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    N/A

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
    N/A

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
    People will be confused by a useless branch

Maybe I should have pointed out, that I tried to do it myself but got no shell access. Therefore I assumed that it can only be done by someone with more priviledges.

@dreua Sorry for the late reply, but we disallowed removing branches from dist-git. That was a very old doc and needs to be updated.

Sorry but currently there is no way to delete them.

Alright, thanks for the explanation! In and ideal world it would be harder / impossible to create new branches in that case but I'll just live with it for now and close this.
