    As required by Fedora policy, this is a request for an impact check for the propsed f32 feature:

I don't anticipate any releng impact with this change.

@tstellar Does this change depend on mass rebuild by any chance? The reason why I am asking this is:

Contingency deadline: If the changes are not complete by 2 weeks before the mass rebuild, then we will consider postponing to the next Fedora release and back out any changes that were made.

It does not depend on the mass rebuild. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't done during the rebuild, because a mistake might mean restating the mass rebuild which would be bad. I thought I would have time to do it before, but since the change proposal is still under review, if it is approved, then I think we should wait until after the rebuild to implement the changes.

@tstellar Since its not related to mass rebuild, no work is needed from RelEng on this change.
