Since lock, all my updates didn't move:

The lock disappeared. But why it put in the first place?!

Updates are locked when they are in a active updates push. This is to prevent someone changing them while they are being pushed out.

Normally this lasts just a few minutes up to a few hours, however recently we had some issues that prevented composes from finishing, so the updates in those composes were locked for a much longer than normal time.

There's nothing for you to do here, we have composes back working again (with a workaround for the issue).
