I accidentally uploaded the sources file to the look aside cache for the xrootd package:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/repo/pkgs/xrootd/sources/
The sources file used during builds is the one in the git repo, not the accidentally uploaded file.

I would like to request its removal.

No hurry.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It will always be useful.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Having it there could potentially confuse other packagers that make changes to the package.
