Reopen Issue

It looks like gnome-desktop was retired, then unretired, but it has not been unblocked in koji, and this is causing banshee to FTBFS in rawhide. Please unblock it.

Note that gnome-desktop was not unretired. Only the retire commit was reverted, which does nothing. See also https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9169 and https://pagure.io/releng/issue/8851

This should be fixed now.
