  The EPEL Steering Committee has approved the branching of libssh2 in epel8.

The package maintainer is unable to make that branch, and as chair of
the EPEL Steering Commitee I was tasked with creating it.

Please create epel8 and epel8-playground branches for libssh2
Please also create epel8 and epel8-playground modules for libssh2

This is an exception to the normal EPEL rule. It's possible you might
need to use --force to create the branch.
