This build looks like it's restarting and restarting over again:

We cannot rebuild python-graph-tool. It failed the Fedora 32 mass rebuild due to a GCC upstream bug (which has since been fixed).

We think it might be also caused by OOM, but I will check into it.

Just for future reference, the current builder that its running on is buildvm-aarch64-24.arm.fedoraproject.org

Yes, OOM with panic-on-OOM is a definite possibility as well.
