In that case, button "Take" should be active in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/uom-se... But it is not.. Also it shows as unmaintained which means it is retired, not orphaned. Also for orphaned components, we don't disable bugzilla from what I know.

There was a bug on dist-git which I've just fixed, so that "Take" button should show correctly again.

However, in this case it seems that it does not because pdc doesn't seem to know about this package: https://pdc.fedoraproject.org/rest_api/v1/component-branches/?global_component=uom-se&name=master&type=rpm
which is likely also the reason why it got deactivated in bugzilla.

That's not the case, Package is currently unmaintained is displayed when the main admin is orphan.

@mohanboddu @pingou what about php-zendframework? It is not blocked in koji, but bugzilla is disabled.

This needs to be fixed, otherwise we will never retire broken packages and will be shipping them in repos without possibility to install them or report a bug.
