    builds fine with jdk11 (with --xmvn-javadoc)
    is depndence of at least batik and netty-tcnative, netty

@jvanek aalto-xml is now unretired for master. Sorry for the delay, we were busy with data center move and didn't want to start processing tickets until it is in some sort of stable state.
