When we branch, we'll need new bugzilla trackers for Fedora 34 FTBFS and FailsToInstall.
I'd do it myself, but I was asked by @mohanboddu to let releng do it under the releng user.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (2022/05/17)

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

Packagers cannot mark Bugzillas as blocking the appropriate tracker bugs.
