We're ready to start with F33 Final candidate composes. We can't really call the first an RC as it does not contain the re-signed shim we're expecting and the KDE login bug isn't fixed, but we want a candidate to test some updates we don't want to push stable yet. Please include:
== Freeze exceptions ==
Compose is done and available from https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/33/Fedora-33-20201014.0/compose/ it has been synced to http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/33_RC-1.1/ rpms have all be hardlinked to /pub/fedora/linux/development/33/

Please run another candidate compose. This one can only questionably be called an RC too as the shim bug is still outstanding, but @bcotton wants to have the option at the Go/No-Go meeting of waiving that bug, and we need a compose that's tested not to contain any other release blockers.
We want only one side build:
it doesn't really entirely fix the bug, per @kparal testing, but I think including it is probably better than not including it. If we change our minds on that we can do another candidate without it. Thoughts, @benzea @rdieter ?
