NameError: global name self is not defined

Typo in function name
AttributeError: EchoHelper object has no attribute build_sig_cmdline

Thanks for this patchset! I'll pull the fixes needed into the v1 branch.

Closing, as the CLI code has changed and this is no longer relevant.
