#32 Cloning without namespace doesn't work

E.g.:

 $ rpkg -v clone dist-git
...
Running: git clone ssh://clime@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/dist-git dist-git
Cloning into 'dist-git'...
No such repository

It should try to clone ssh://clime@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dist-git per the default settings.
