#102 Re-raise exception instead of sys.exit immediately

This is similar with fedpkg issue. It's not a good way to terminate by calling sys.exit immediately. Instead, raise the exception to __main__ and let it to control how to terminate so that there is a consistent way through rpkg and downstream package tool.

An exmaple is

    def mockbuild(self):
        try:
            self.cmd.sources()
        except Exception as e:
            self.log.error('Could not download sources: %s', e)
            sys.exit(1)
