Issue #123: rhpkg scratch-build' doesn't propagate brew exit code - rpkg

The problem:
$ rhpkg scratch-build
[ERROR]
$ echo $?
0

But:
$ brew build --scratch rhel-6.3-candidate rhpkg giturl
[ERRROR]
$ echo $
1

Reproducibility:
Always

NVR:
rhpkg-1.10-1.fc16.noarch

Additional info:
Maybe other commands are affected as well (I didn't test).
