As issue #51 mentioned, OSBS should be removed from command container-build. However, what about if there are still some use cases using OSBS? Instead of removing thoroughly, it would be good to make OSBS as a separate command. It will have following command usage

rpkg osbs [options]

Does this make sense?

It does make sense. However, the "if there are some use cases" is a pretty big if. I don't know.

Yup, it is :) I actually have no idea at all how it's used.
