fedpkg ci -c Using xpto.spec Could not execute commit: Could not find release from branch name 'master'. Please specify with --release.
well any release is good the result will be always the same
we should be forced to have a valid release and or run something like: fedpkg --release f41 ci -c
I expect fedpkg ci -c that don't check the release and just run
is the same way also fedpkg prep don't need to know what release
fedpkg prep
Could not execute prep: Could not find release from branch name 'master'. Please specify with --release.
One way to solve this would be to default to rawhide when branch name based auto-detection does not find anything. That would also make things simpler for people using feature branches and pull requests in dist-git.
