PR#385: Patch rhpkg mockbuild for rhel6 -

There is an incompatibility with systemd-nspawn.
Option is added to mock config if rhel6 is detected.

Can this be replicated with fedpkg for el6 targets? If not, maybe it would be better to keep the hack in rhpkg directly.
