BuildContainer koji task has been enhanced to take a release parameter which can be used to overwrite the release label in the Dockerfile (https://github.com/release-engineering/koji-containerbuild/pull/41).
These changes allow the release parameter to be set from rpkg.
Additionally, added container-build auto completion. Only parameters that will remain after https://pagure.io/rpkg/issue/51 have been added.
