The use of %autorelease and %autochangelog is supposed to be the default for Fedora, now, so you'd expect them to appear in new .spec files created by rpmdev-newspec.

Fedora isn't the only user of these tools. I do not intend to implement features that are Fedora-specific, especially not features that only work properly with Fedora Koji.
