This commit updates the IRC nicks of several bots in the IRC channels.
This channels were set up long ago and I (@jflory7) did not have IRC
operator access in those channels. So, the bot names were hard-coded and
were unable to change.

Now that we moved to LiberaChat, we can move the new bots over to the
new naming scheme.

This change is deployed in production and so will be merged.
