It's a little weird that milestone gets magically converted to fixVersion.

Maybe the mapping key should be called milestone2fixVersion to more fully express what is being enabled there?

My thinking was that the mapping key could be used in the future if other people request a mapping feature for something other than fixVersion (i.e. labels, assignees, etc)
