Issue #225: Use 'ignore_wrong_characters' option in yamlish calls. - libtaskotron

As mentioned in #321, yamlish now has an option, that allows ignoring wrong UTF characters (see https://gitlab.com/mcepl/yamlish/commit/dba0b0a5b65c57c71c50ce1681f3286869e231bc).

Go through the code (starting with check.py), and make sure that we make use of this option, wherever feasible.

We stopped using yamlish, closing this.
