#34 Generate TAP output from CheckDetail

In D19 we added a CheckDetail class for conveniently tracking results, especially for multi-item checks. Now we need a simple method for generating TAP output from this class (possibly multiple instances of it). Please add a new method into CheckDetail to generate TAP output.

This is probably already done (at least D44 seems to indicate so). Can we close it, Kamil?
