The current force builder in buildbot only understands koji builds. Update it to accept triggers based on bodhi update changes as well. Data includes:
- update name or id
- update state (updates-testing-pending, updates-pending)

I believe this is fixed in [1] where we start to use generic item/item-type arguments.
