The runner currently supports arguments for nvr and tag but not bodhi updateid which prevents us from running tasks on updates.

Update the allowable runner args to either support updateids directly or transition to the more generic item/item_type format that we seem to be drifting towards for reporting.

Closing this as it's duplicate of #127 which have better and more uptodate description.
