Once #117 is solved, Bayeux (or the code that is Bayeux at the time of writing this ticket) should be refactored so it:
# Has the same API as PyTAP13, so one can easily "create" the records-to-be-exported in a same way the imported TAP is returned
# Modify Bayeux, so it can export multiple test-results at once (connects tightly with #1)
# Modify Bayeux, so it provides correct TAP13 headers.
