The current runtask cli interface requires a build or an update to be specified instead of the more generic 'item' and 'item-type' used elsewhere in libtaskotron for reporting and in taskotron-trigger for triggering jobs in buildbot.

While this could be solved in buildbot, getting rendered parameters is a little on the complicated side and making this change in libtaskotron will make things more consistent overall.

I thought this is this part of #106, isn't it? Also, I think we agreed on "item(-type)" (this is what is used in the trigger), rather than "unit(-type)".

Bah, I thought that the ticket was already filed but wasn't finding it yesterday. How far along are you on this code?
