Reopen Issue

After consulting with legal, we need to change the name 'taskbot' to 'taskotron' to avoid potential trademark/copyright issues. This will include:
- moving and editing wiki pages
- editing tickets
- prepare to change hostnames for the various demo systems we have
- make name changes in ansible

wiki articles have been moved and edited. I think I got all the phabricator tickets.

I'll keep this open for another day or so to make sure I got everything that can be changed.
