#2 clarify that a timestamp is in UTC on details page

The resultsdb results list has a column named Submit time (UTC), so it's clear the timestamps are in UTC:
http://taskotron-dev.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/results

However, the result detail page has just Submit time: timestamp and it's not clear the results are in UTC:
http://taskotron-dev.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/results/2232800

Please adjust the label and add (UTC) into it (or put it behind the timestamp, or something along those lines). Thanks.
