This is a meta task to track the progress of the new major release of taskotron-trigger. The remaining tasks include:

#853 - Fix taskotron-trigger CLI - it would be nice to have to do a release with the CLI working

D1023 - Remove mongoquery bundle - DONE

D1002 - support fedmsgs when docker images are built - DONE

Put conf/trigger_rules.yml.example into ansible - DONE

Do koji builds and bodhi updates - DONE

@jskladan - do you have any thoughts/ideas/guesses on how much work we're talking about here before the CLI works as well as it did before the configurability patch?

taskotron-trigger-0.4.1-1.fc23 deployed to dev.

We should probably have an issue to track work on the delayed koji population problem (this ticket) from a trigger perspective. @jskladan can correct me if I've misunderstood something but I think we can fix it with a longer delay during trigger so that hopefully, koji will have the data we need when we try to grab that data

I think this can be closed, 0.4.x is deployed to dev/stg/prod. The remaining task #853 is tracked separately.
