#140 drop explicit requirement on m2crypto

Download 140.patch

This was originally for fedmsg but it declares this dependency properly
now, we don't need to explicitly mention it.

Fixes #100.

Tested this by creating a fresh virtualenv, pip install -r requirements.txt, and then running the test suite.

Not sure if there is anything more I should test.
