Broken Jenkins build. ;)

Kind of sucks we can't ship a man page in EPEL7 with the client... I guess this is because we had to skip the Sphinx build because it imports the server code which has missing deps on EPEL7.

Chalk it up as yet another reason why they need to be separated I guess.
