I see that an 0.0.29 tag/release has been created, but the latest tar file shown at https://releases.pagure.org/xmlto/ is 0.0.28

I have added both tar.gz and tar.bz2 archives to the release folder, you mention.

This was possibly not done before as you can also download tar file directly from pagure repo here https://pagure.io/xmlto/releases, or specifically for 0.0.29 release here: https://pagure.io/xmlto/archive/0.0.29/xmlto-0.0.29.tar.gz
