This mod ads a Cargo Rail. It is much faster than a Powered Rail and does not require redstone. It will allow you to move stuff much faster, but is not too good on hills. This was made in a day as i had forgotten about the event until near the end.

To Build to do git clone https://pagure.io/samedaydelivery.git

and then ./gradlew build
